In order to register for Preschool, your child must be at least 4 years old by September 1st and must pass a Screening Test administered by our school. Please contact the school office to register for the test.

The following requirements are waived for children who attended our preschool program last year. In order to register for Kindergarten, your child must be at least 5 years old by September 1st and must pass a Screening Test administered by our school.

A physical health exam is required for all new students and students entering Kindergarten and 5th Grade. This must be completed by a doctor, who will give you a completed form to turn in to us. Students without this form will be suspended until the report is submitted to the school office.

A dental health exam is required for all new students and students entering Kindergarten, 2nd Grade and 6th Grade. This must be completed by a dentist, who will give you a completed form to turn in to us. Students without this form will be suspended until the report is submitted to the school office.

New students must submit a physical exam report and a dental exam report.
